COURSE OVERVIEW

Yuvaa Yoga is affiliated with the Tamil Nadu Sports university and the courses are conducted under the UGC terms of Indian Education, P.G Diploma course is a one year certification course which can be enrolled by a practitioner if he holds a Basic university degree.

He/She requires to complete atleast 250 hours of practical and theory classes in a year so they are eligible to attend the university examination. Personal contact classes will be held from nov to january every academic year in Hong Kong. registrations starts from 1st june and finishes by 30th october.
